On September 27, 2020, the President of the Republic of Armenia again violated the norms of international law, firing on Azerbaijani settlements and military positions from several directions using various weapons, including heavy artillery, as a result of which civilians and servicemen were killed.
Although Azerbaijani Army used its Military Forces only against Armenian Military Forces, Armenian aggressors shelled several cities of the Republic of Azerbaijan located, and Azerbaijani civilians living far away from Nagorno-Karabakh and the frontline.
As a result of attacks of Armenian aggressors on Azerbaijani cities 93 civilians were killed, 407 – were injured. 504 civilian facilities, 3,326 private houses, and 120 apartment buildings were damaged as a result of intensive artillery and missile shelling.
Some of the major attacks on civilians occurred from 27 September 2020 till 10 November 2020 are listed in the following paragraph:
04 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Ganja city located 60 km away from the frontline;
05 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Ganja city located 60 km away from the frontline;
11 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Ganja city located 60 km away from the frontline;
17 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Ganja city located 60 km away from the frontline;
27 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Barda city located 18 km away from the frontline;
28 October 2020 – Armenian Aggressors shelled Barda city located 18 km away from the frontline.
Furthermore, Armenian forces deliberately attacked Yevlakh, Goranboy, Beylagan, Mingachevir, Terter, Goygol, Aghjabedi, Aghdam, and other cities and regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan located outside the war zone by using various kinds of artillery such as Tochka-U ballistic missile, Scud ballistic missile, cluster munitions, etc.
