Dear readers!

The 15th edition of the magazine "Azerbaijan Vakili" (Azerbaijani Lawyer) has recently been published. In this edition of the publication readers will get acquainted with the author's articles, such as article of lawyer Muzaffar Aghazadeh which is related to controversial issues and recommendations on article 264 of the Criminal Code, candidate to lawyer Intigam Hajiyev's opinions on legal profession, candidate to lawyer Anar Asadov’s opinions on an agreement on the distribution of the production, lawyer Aygun Mammadova's articles on public legal entities and other similar legal matters.

At the same time it should be noted that in this publication of the magazine there are also new articles providing readers with useful information, regarding local and international law.

Please be informed that any lawyer is invited to submit articles devoted to the actual issues of law. Anyone who wants to send an article may submit their articles to office@barassociation.az. The articles will be published in the magazine for the sequence of accession in terms of chronology.

It should be noted that the magazine was published with the organization of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the financial support of the German International Cooperation Society's Legal Framework for the South Caucasus Regional Program, and was distributed free of charge among members of the Bar Association and other lawyers.
