The purpose of the event was to promote gender equality, inclusiveness, and diversity in the legal field.

The conference brought together legal professionals, academics, and leaders in the legal sector from around the world, engaging in detailed discussions about the role of women lawyers and the challenges they face. Additionally, participants had the opportunity to expand their professional networks, share experiences in the workshops held, and discuss how they could lead changes in the legal system.

One of the main focuses of the conference was strengthening women lawyers' leadership and the broader application of gender equality within legal systems.

Moreover, the “Young Voices: The Future of Law” panel emphasized the formation of new generations in the legal world and the role of women in leading future legal innovations. Another panel, titled “Unlocking Equal Pay”, discussed the issue of wage inequality for women in the labor market and emphasized the need for legal systems to play a stronger role in addressing this matter.

Special attention was also given to the topics of sustainable development goals at the conference, with sessions and seminars organized under the theme of “ESG & SDGs”.
