As per agreement reached between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijani Bar Association, today memorandum of understanding has been signed to provide legal services in “ASAN service” and “ASAN Kommunal” centers, as well as in mobile way.

Memorandum has been signed by Mr Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr Anar Baghirov, Azerbaijani Bar Association.

It should be noted that, according to the agreement, the legal services in “ASAN service” and “ASAN Kommunal” centers, as well as in mobile way will be rendered in confirmity with the principles such as social innovations, expediety, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and flexibility.

In this regard, the provision of free verbal legal advice, the drafting of claims and other documents related to legal proceedings, applications to the state and non-state bodies, as well as the court representation will be ensured.

Also, according to the agreement, legal awareness campaigns will be provided for State Agency staff and ASAN volunteers.
