Reportedly, the cascade trainings are being jointly held in cooperation between Azerbaijani Bar Association and the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) as per 2018 annual plan of the Project “Supporting legal approximation towards European standards in the South Caucasus”.

Follow to these initiatives, the training on “The application of banking legislation” topic was held on November 19-20 at the ParkInn Hotel, where 40 lawyers attended the event.

The training has been conducted by Mr Bernhard Dietrich, Judge of the Berlin Land Court, where topics such as “Claim periods”, “Contract conditions”, “Damages” have been introduced to the audience and discussion held afterwards.

This kind of events will be regularly held for lawyers.
