The Chairman of the Georgian Bar Association has addressed a letter of condolence to the Chairman of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the passing of Ikram Kerimov, a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chairman of its Council of Elders, and Honoured Lawyer.

The letter reads:

“Mr. Anar Baghirov,

On behalf of the Georgian Bar Association, please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Ikram Kerimov, Chairman of the Elders Council of the Azerbaijan Bar Association.

We were deeply saddened to learn of this great loss. Mr. Kerimov’s dedicated service to the legal profession and his contribution to strengthening the legal community will be remembered with great respect.

At this difficult time, our thoughts are with his family, colleagues, friends and the entire legal community of Azerbaijan. May his memory be eternal and may his family and colleagues find strength and comfort during this difficult time.
