Today, the General Meeting of Lawyers of the "Center" Law Office of Baku city has been held in the administrative building of the Presidium of the Bar Association. Mr.Anar Bagirov Chairman of the Board, Mr.Aydin Akhundov and Mr.Parviz Alakbarov deputy chairmen of Azerbaijani Bar Association also attended the event.  

Opening the meeting, Mr. Bagirov briefed on the progress made recently in the Azerbaijani Bar Assoiation, the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Legal Profession in Azerbaijan, including the work to improve the activities of the law offices and to improve the material and technical basis of the law offices.

In addition, the participants exchanged views on the current activities of the "Center" Law Office in Baku, current problems, ways of their solution, measures to be taken to improve the work of the office.

The event was also commemorated in memory of former head of the Mr.Sardar Gasimov "Center" Law Office and his contributions to the Bureau's activity was also recalled by the even participants.

Later an open election for the position of the head of the law office was held, and Mr. Elchin Gambarov has been elected as a new head of the "Center" Law Office.

The leadership of the Azerbaijani Bar Association congratulated the newly elected head of the "Center" Law Office Mr.Elchin Gambarov, and wished him success in his future activities.
