Sumgait Regional Law Office launches "Lawyer Courses" project on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Legal Profession in Azerbaijan.

APA reports that within the framework of the project, initially 4-day free trainings on "Practical skills in criminal cases" and "Practical skills in civil cases" will take place.

Trainings will be held on Saturdays and Sundays.

Criminal law training is scheduled for August 3-4, and civil law will be held on August 10-11.

The exercises will be organized on the basis of real casualties, the participants will become participants of criminal proceedings and will receive practical writing habits.

In civil cases, client acceptance, collection of evidence, preparation of the case to court, participation in the trial and etc. will be thaught. It will be possible to master practical skills based on role-playing.

Young lawyers and lawyer candidates may participate in the training. Participants will be given certificates.

Criminal defence lawyer, Shamil Pashayev, and civil defence lawyer Anar Gasimli will hold the training.
