The next meeting of the Board of the Azerbaijani Bar Association was held today. Opening the meeting, Mr.Anar Bagirov Chairman of the Board informed the meeting participants about the current activities of the Board, the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Legal Profession in Azerbaijan and the need to optimize the work of law offices around the country.

Also at the meeting, the duty list of law offices was approved.

Subsequently, issues related to the transfer of lawyers to other law offices, the remuneration of a number of lawyers, including the admission of some lawyers to the Bar were considered and a positive decision was made.

During the meeting, a number of disciplinary issues were considered and relevant decisions were made.

Finally, other issues related to the activities of the Bar were considered.

In addition, appeals regarding the establishment of the Goychay and Goygol District Law Offices and the "Mirzayev and Partners" Law Office were considered and a positive decision was taken.

At the same time, the "Rules of Consideration of Complaints received by the "HotLine" of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan", "Provision of the badges created by the Board of the Azerbaijani Bar Association", as well as "On the Organization and Activities of Law Offices" , the issue of amendments to the Rules for the establishment of the "Lawyer Cabinet" was considered.
