Jointly organized by the International Organization for Migration and the Academy of Justice Trainings on "International Migration Law" has taken place.
In total, about 40 judges and lawyers participated in the event. Participants listened to the presentation given by an international expert and members of the Bar Association.
Both sessions included lectures on subjects such as international migration law, sources, legal and regulatory frameworks, states' powers on migration, and restrictions on international migration law, state sovereignty and freedom of movement.
The training also included the principle of non-repatriation, entry, and departure, the right to life, inviolability, and freedom, freedom of movement, refugees, asylum seekers, living conditions, economic, social, cultural rights, women with disabilities, Issues such as child and migrant workers were brought to the attention of the audience, and different cases were addressed.
