Every year, on October 25 “European day of justice” is celebrated in all European countries. By the decision of Council of Europe and the European Commission in 2003, every year during October low-income people with a lower level of legal awareness are provided with free legal aid by lawyers.

Taking into account the importance of the “European Day of Justice”, as well as the Presidential Order on Additional measures for the improvement of lawyer profession dated on 22.02.2018, - recommendation to arrange free legal services for the needy people in legal consultancy, Azerbaijani Bar Association is holding series of events within the framework of the “European Day of Justice”.

In connection with these measures, Law Office No. 1 of Ganja City, Sumqait Regional Law Office, Shirvan Regional Law Office, Imishli ASAN, Masally ASAN, Gabala ASAN, Barda ASAN, Mingachevir ASAN law offices will provide legal aid to low-income persons on October 25.

Law Offices of the Azerbaijani Bar Association regularly conducts similar activities in other regions, and the Bar Association will further ensure the continuity of these measures.

Moreover, other law offices are invited to join this one-day campaign.
