Information from the Qualification Commission of Advocates

To the attention of those who want to be admitted to the ABA!
 
As it is known, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 22, 2018, "On additional measures for the development of advocacy", it is recommended to create conditions for the admission of new members to the Azerbaijani Bar Association by organising regular qualification exams.
 
As a continuation of the measures arising from the decree, according to the agreement reached between the Azerbaijani Bar Association and the State Examination Center, it is planned to hold the written test stage of the next qualification exam for admission to the Azerbaijani Bar Association membership on 05.11.2022. The exam, which will be organised in the computer centre of the State Examination Center located at 28 Abdulvahab Salamzade (Baku Asia University), Baku, will be conducted electronically by a computer.
 
The written test for admission to the bar will be held on 05.11.2022 with 170 candidates in two shifts at 10:00 and 15:00. Candidates who will take part in the exam will be informed by phone about the order in which they are registered. Candidates are requested to approach the administrative building with their identity cards at least one hour before the scheduled time for the exam.
 
Candidates who want to participate in the written test stage of the qualification exam for admission to the Azerbaijani Bar Association membership should consider that the documents of 340 candidates have been accepted (places are exhausted) in the ongoing document acceptance.
 
It is forbidden to bring mobile phones and other means of communication, electronic devices, electronic data carriers, books, notebooks, magazines, information booklets, bags and other aids to the examination building. Candidates are requested not to bring any extra items to the examination hall.
